Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Shipping Times & Costs

We ship worldwide, with a focus on fast delivery within Australia.

Estimated delivery times:

 

  • Australia: 8–12 business days 
  • Europe: 10–14 business days
  • United Kingdom & Ireland: 10–14 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to delays with the carrier.

All orders come with free shipping.

 

Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with:

  • A tracking number
  • A link to track your order online 

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become fully visible.

 

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery.

Return procedure:

2.You will receive the return address and further instructions.
